Welcome to our new site

It gives me great pleasure to welcome you to our new website - a home to find out everything you need to know about our offering, as well as tips on practicing yoga, pranyama (breath-work) nutrition and mindfulness.

Our website has been in the works for a little while now and whilst its had a number of friendly eyes look over it, we welcome your input. So, if you spot something not quite right, do let us know via the contact page here.

Over the coming months we will continue to build this site and new content will be added regularly in this blog. We will share information about opportunities for you to join us in a group practice, at an event or workshop, but we’re also open to suggestions too! If there’s a particular area of focus you would like to build your practice on or you are interested in a collaboration get in touch and let us know.
