Mum & Baby Flow
A supportive postnatal class to help you reconnect with your body, build strength and find calm — with your baby alongside you.
Monday 10.30am
Yin & Sound Practice
A deeply restorative practice combining long-held Yin postures with therapeutic sound to encourage release, relaxation and nervous system reset.
This is a 75 minute class where slow, grounding poses melt into the soothing resonance of sound.
Monday 7.30pm
Movement & Mindfulness
A children’s class for Years 3-6 at St Antony’s Catholic Primary School in Woodford.
A focus on movement, meditation, breathwork and mindfulness activities to help children quieten their busy minds and bring some calmness into their week.
Yoga is known to aid concentration and help with the stresses of day to day life. There are many other benefits for their growing minds and developing bodies.
Tuesday 3.15pm - 4.30pm
Dynamic Flow
A strong, flowing practice linking breath and movement to build strength, mobility and focus. Expect creative sequencing and options to challenge or modify.
Wednesday 7.30pm
Gentle Flow
A slower-paced, nourishing practice designed to ease stiffness, calm the nervous system and gently awaken the body — ideal for mornings or when you need to soften.
Pregnancy Flow
A gentle, empowering practice supporting strength, mobility and relaxation throughout pregnancy, with breathwork to prepare for birth and beyond.
Friday 10.30am
