Breathe & Bathe: Cleanse

Join us at the Nafas Yoga studio in South Woodford in collaboration with House of Butterfly for our Breathe & Bathe event. This time it will focus on Cleanse.

As we move towards Spring, a season of newness and more light, it can be a great opportunity to cleanse our bodies and minds and to shred the heaviness of the winter months.

This event will give you the chance to meditate, breathe, journal and bathe in the healing sounds of a sound bath to detox your body and mind.

Join us for the next in our series of Breathe & Brunch events:

SATURDAY 13TH JULY 9.45AM - 12.45PM

For this Breathe & Brunch event Kat Yousefi (founder of Nafas Yoga and yoga teacher) will be joined by Dana Stevens, a life coach who specialises in helping women change their life and careers.

Dana is passionate about helping women build their confidence and self-belief, to create the life that they want and deserve.

Dana will guide you through an interactive session on how to set boundaries in your life, so that, you can start saying NO to others and start saying YES to yourself.

There will be practical tips on how to communicate what you need and how to main the boundaries you create in a way that works for you.

The workshop will be top and tailed with movement and breathwork led by Kat.

We’ll be able to continue the conversations over brunch and a mimosa.

Autumn is that time of year when we start to transition from moving fast, to moving slow as our bodies naturally want to retreat.

It's that time when we want to cosy up and eat nourishing warm food. A time for introspection. But, actually whilst the season tells us to do all of these things, it's even more important that we keep moving and keep our bodies and bones well oiled. 

Join me on Sunday 12th November 2:00-4:30pm for an Autumn Reset. A workshop that will take you from a Yang to a Yin practice with a sharing circle sandwiched in between. 

In a Yang practice we move and flow from one posture to the next, to build muscle and strength and in our Yin practice we work more into the tissues in the body, maintaining a posture for longer periods of time to bring some stillness into our bodies. 

The sharing circle will give you an opportunity to speak with intention and listen with intention once a question has been posed by me, as I lead the circle. During this part you will get to re-energise with a nice warming cup of Chai and a healthy snack. 

This workshop is suitable for all levels, whether you're new to yoga or have an established practice.
