This workshop is an invitation to explore strength with awareness, effort with ease, and challenge without rushing.

Strong, Steady & Spacious is designed for those with a regular yoga practice who are ready to move a little deeper — not just physically, but in how they relate to breath, focus and sensation.

Through intelligently layered sequencing, we’ll work towards a strong, flowing practice that challenges balance, stability and coordination, while continually returning to the breath as an anchor.

The emphasis is not on achievement, but on cultivating steadiness and spaciousness within more demanding movement.

What to Expect:

• A progressive, breath-led warm-up
• Strong standing sequences and creative transitions
• Exploration of balance
• Focus on intelligent alignment and mindful effort
• Time to slow down, integrate and restore
• A grounding closing relaxation
