Are you feeling perimenopausal or menopausal?

We bring you REWILD a half day retreat for women who are feeling the throws of perimenopause and menopause. 

Our retreat fuses together yoga, nutrition and sound healing so that you can unwind, release, heal, nourish and rewild. 

Going through perimenopause and menopause can make us feel discombobulated, like we don’t know who we are anymore or what’s going on. 

It can stir up all kinds of feelings, physically, mentally and emotionally and can feel isolating as we navigate the unknown. 

This half day will help you connect with other women going through shared experiences, it will give you the opportunity to talk (or not) about it and provide you with the comfort of knowing that you are NOT ALONE. 

When we talk about rewilding, we use it in the sense of restoring; coming back to you and who you are now, at this stage of your life.  

Here’s what our retreat looks like:

  • Open with a sharing circle, meditation, breathwork and a gentle yoga practice led by Kat Yousefi.

  • A Q&A with Beth from the Remedy Clinic who will talk about how you can use food and supplements to support you - both body and mind. You’ll get to taste some of her suggested remedies.

  • Nicky from House of Butterfly will then guide you through a soundbath with a cacao ritual to help you unwind and release. 

Our team of experts will help you discover tools, techniques and nutrition that you can take home with you to help you move forwards on your journey.
